
Vitamin C Smoothie
What an easy and tasty way to get your Vitamin C into you. This is really refreshing. I love this in the morning after a workout. Serves 2
- 2 oranges
- 120g natural yoghurt
- 80g oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Blend all together pour and enjoy
