About Me
Growing up I was taught about good food and cooking from a young age, from cooking with my Mum, my Great Grandfather having an organic vegetable farm to my Grandfather being a baker.
My passion just grew as the years went on. Throughout my life, I was an avid cook attending weekend breaks at different cookery schools as a hobby and turning my skills into a home cook and entertainer.
A change of career led me to Ballymaloe where I trained as a Chef and turned my passion into a business sharing my skills teaching people in their own homes everything about from reorganising your kitchen, pantry stocking, shopping for groceries, meal planning and bespoke private cooking classes. I also wanted to be able to share the stories of Cork Food Producers and Suppliers so I created my podcast, Cork Food Stories and started walking food tours around Cork City every Saturday.

Bespoke cooking classes designed for private booking 1-1, groups of friends, family or corporate teams. These can be done in the comfort of your home, at an event or online but are all designed specifically to your needs.
The Cookover
A personal program tailored to your needs. Everything from reorganising your kitchen cabinets, stocking your pantry, advising on equipment and bespoke cooking lessons to see you become a fabulous cook in your kitchen.
Chef Genie
A private Chef to get your home events set up for success. Helping you to plan, execute and deliver without any of the hassles. Your Chef will get everything prepared for you and be gone just like a Genie before your guests arrive so you get all the credit!
Online Demos
Every month there will be a range of group online cooking demos that you can book into. Everything from kids classes to more advanced classes for adults. The demos range from 1-2 hours depending on the topic. You also receive recipes and cooking methods to cook along.
Meal Planning
Meal planning has been one of my saviours over the years. Whether it’s my weekly plan for cooking and shopping or a full plan for events at home. It reduces stress, food waste and saves you money.
