Green Smoothie with Coconut Water
I use coconut water for quite a lot of my smoothies. I love the flavour it adds especially for my smoothies packed with greens.
- 1 cup kale/Spinach
- 1 stick celery
- Finely grated tsp fresh ginger
- 250ml coconut water
- few chinks of fresh pineapple (I buy fresh pineapple and then chop it up and freeze it, a great way to keep your fruit fresh for your smoothies.
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 tbs chia seed
Put everything into your blender and blend until smooth! Serves 1
