Berry Overnight Oats
100g Mixed Berries
100g Porridge Oats
2 Teaspoons good quality raw honey
200ml pair almond milk (you can use normal but I like the oat for this)
2 TBSP natural yoghurt
Mix all the ingredients together in bowl. Put into serving glasses you want to serve in the morning.
Cover well and leave in the fridge overnight to chill.
Take out of the fridge when you are ready to serve.
Top with some extra berries, you can also add some compote (see my rhubarb and ginger compote recipe), add a few seeds and serve up!
