Banana & Oat Smoothie
This is quite filling and can be used as a morning smoothie or dessert. If you are like me and crave a bit of sweetness at times I find this smoothie is brilliant.
- 30g oats
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 100ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
- Pinch nutmeg
- Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tsp of maple syrup or honey
- Tbls flax seeds if you have it (optional)
Blend and enjoy! Serves 1.
