I spent time over the past few years attending Supper Clubs at peoples houses across Europe and the US. They are a big trend in some parts of the world. I enjoyed every one of them but I wanted to put my own spin on it. This is where the Chef Genie idea came to fruition.
The Chef Genie is basically a Private Chef to come and help you in the kitchen to set up an amazing supper club/dining experience for your guests at your home and be gone before your guests arrive so you can get all the credit yourself!!
What it involves
This service starts with a full no-obligation consultation to go through the theme and the budget for the dinner/lunch/garden party.
The next step is for us to design the menu together both agreeing on each course
Once all is agreed we will do the full shopping for the dinner party (costs of ingredients vary depending on chosen courses)
On the day, we will arrive and complete all the prep work while you go about your day.
Depending on the menu some dishes will be fully cooked and ready for serving.
Other dishes will be prepared ready for service with minimal cooking required from you. You will have full instructions left on what is required and we will go through everything with you before leaving you to complete the final touches for your guests.
The food will be ready to serve in your serving dishes so no food packaging will be used during this service leaving a clean and tidy kitchen for you.
All you have to do now is sit back and wait for your guests to arrive and take all the credit for the delicious meal you are about to serve.
We can also offer the service of setting your table for you at an additional cost.
