Ginger Chicken Soup with Asian Greens
If you want a little bit of spice and a full bowl of nourishment this one is for you!
- Chicken stock
- Chicken cooked and shredded
- Crushed ginger
- 2 Green onions
- 4 Red chillies
- 60ml soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon of chinese rice wine
- 2 bunches bok choy
- Coriander to serve
- Put stock, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, red chillies, rice wine and ½ the onions into a large saucepan on high heat. Bring back to boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy and shredded chicken 3-5 minutes
Top with remaining onion and coriander
